A rollator is often considered a mobility aid along with walkers in general. Whilst it
is a walking aid it works quite differently to a walking frame or hopper. With either 3 or 4
wheel sets a rollator provides stable support with a high degree of control. Your
rollator can make walking so much easier for you, especially if you are re-learning to walk
again.

Rollators are fairly basic in design. Mostly they consist of a support frame on
wheels, a seat, and a simple basket for carrying small objects. They can be made from steel or
aluminium tube. |
