During business hours you will always be answered by a real live
person (not a computer). We are a busy
office and often on several phone calls at any time. If we do not answer immediately leave a message on our
voicemail and we will return your call as soon as possible.

Customer Collection (pickup) of Goods
Customers may elect to collect rented items from our premises subject to certain conditions:
- the rented item can safely and securely be carried in a suitable vehicle
- the item has no electrical or electronic parts
- the item requires no disassembly and/or reassembly prior to use
- prior arrangement has been made by the customer
- MobilityRentals & Sales reserves the sole right to determine suitability of any item and for any
reason.
Examples of suitable items for pick up by a customer include: wheelchairs, rollators, mobile commodes
and shower chairs, and items of a similar size and nature.
Free Delivery
Areas - current as at 01 January, 2011
Free delivery is available for all items hired for a rental period 1 month or more. Where the rental period is
less than 1 month, a $10 delivery fee will apply.
Free delivery applies to smaller items only, such as: toilet and bathroom aids, rollators
wheelchairs and walking aids.
Larger items (such as adjustable beds, hoists, and lift recline chairs) which are a
two-man delivery and include installation and training, will be charged a combined delivery/installation/collection
fee which will be quoted at the time of your booking.
Free Delivery areas generally includes all suburbs in the greater Brisbane area,
Beenleigh, and bay areas (excluding the Islands). Please contact us for delivery charges outside these areas.
