This chair is built to our specifications for medical use. It has extra padding in seat, arms, and back rest to ensure maximum comfort. The recline mechanism is very robust and is driven by two high quality electric motors, which allows the chair to recline fully into a flat position.

The controller is easy to use with arthritic fingers and has a minimum of buttons which allows the user to raise and lower the lift chair as well as to recline it. It is specially suited for long term sleeping during recovery from surgical procedures.

The chair has a pack of 2 x 9 volt batteries which will power the chair for a limited time in the event of a power failure.
